It's never been easier to add Piano Wizard videos to your web site. Shareasale has created a great new feature to allow merchants to share their videos with affiliates.
Embedding them on your web site is a breeze! The videos feature a "share" button for social networking, "cue points" - a sliding window which shows products and related landing pages, and more.

Here's how to grab them:

1. Log in to your ShareaSale account and choose Get a Link/Banner
2. Scroll down and look for Allegro Multimedia, Inc - and click Get Links
3. Look for the line: Allegro Multimedia, Inc offers the following types of links:
4. Below that, click on Video Creatives. Be aware that that link may NOT YET appear as Shareasale is still in the process of implementing this feature. But the feature is active so if it's not there, click VIEW ALL creatives available
5. Your Video links will appear there at the top of the list.
6. You have the option of previewing the video and getting your embed code.

Check back again often as we plan to add more videos. We are also in the process of creating a datafeed. We will make an announcement once it is available.

We've now made it easier for you to recruit new affiliates. Simply log in to shareasale.com and choose get links from our Allegro Multimedia Piano Wizard Program.

You can choose text or banner links (example to the left). Clicking through, the user will be led to our affiliate sign-up page, they'll be assigned under you, and you'll earn 2nd tier commissions on all sales.

Our affiliates are to be commended for doing a great job moving our products this Christmas! Because of our price points Piano Wizard, and now Piano Wizard Academy, are pretty much viewed by most as serious Christmas Gifts. A good deal (but not all) of our direct-to-customer sales are at Christmas time. The product is doing well among music teachers as well.

Our most common sale this Christmas season was for Piano Wizard Premier with the 49e keyboard for $199.95. We sold more of those by far than all the others combined.

At the suggestion of an affiliate, we've created two widgets that show two new piano wizard informational videos and have three affiliate links in them.

The page that has the code for these new videos also allows you to customize their size to fit perfectly on your site.

Remember, you must replace the three instances of "#####" in the code with YOUR ShareASale affiliate ID before the links will work for you.

WOW! Time flies, eh?

Since returning from Affiliate Summit in Miami, I've been scrambling to assist our newest affiliates get all set up. Also launched the production of some Christmas assets for our affiliates to start using this Fall.

Currently -- we are making changes to our set of 4 music-related flash games to make them usable for our affiliates!

Remember, you can currently use the Piano Wizard flash game by itself. The files for this are available on the Affiliate Tools page in the "Flash Demo!" section. All you have to do is upload the files after you change ##### to your ShareASale affiliate code and add your home page URL.

In an effort to make creating your affiliate referral pages easier, we've started gathering news articles and headlines from around the Internet.

We scour the Internet daily to find any new press releases, articles, and web pages that discuss or at least mention Piano Wizard, Guitar Wizard, or the Music Wizard Academy.

How does this help you, as the affiliate? It gives you quick access to useful descriptive text about Allegro's Music Wizard products for building pages on your affiliate sites.

For example, one of the first press releases posted to the Music Wizard News pages was titled, "Piano Wizard Game Makes Practicing Piano Fun!" It tells all about Piano Wizard and Allegro. It contains some great content that our affiliates are welcome to "repurpose" on their sites.

Had some difficulty properly embedding the flash version of the 1 minute Piano Wizard video. Wanted to help our affiliates avoid the "Press SPACEBAR or ENTER to activate and use this control" annoyance.

We found a way using Javascript and Quicktime video to get it to work seemlessly.

So, Piano Wizard affiliates can use it to grab eyes on their websites and send them through for commissionable sales. More videos to come.
